Are you ready to scale your nutrition private practice and grow your team!? If you’re ready to reach more clients, expand your reach, and delegate to other RDs, then you’ve got to join us for this event, where we’ll dive deep into the ins and outs of hiring in private practice. Maggy will lead a comprehensive presentation on key hiring topics, followed by an open discussion where you can ask questions and share your experiences.

  • In this session, you’ll get answers to crucial questions like:

    · How do you recruit an RD?

    · How should RDs be compensated?

    · Do you need to credential your hires?

    · Should you hire 1099 contractors or W2 employees?

    · What training is required for new hires, including HIPAA and beyond?

And if you’re not quite ready to hire yet, don’t worry! This Masterclass is also perfect for those thinking about bringing on an intern or wanting to better understand their role as an employee.
